Multi-stroke accelerator

Multi-stroke accelerators have a rod mechanism that achieves an additional ejector stroke. With the help of simple, linear motion, the stroke of ejector pins can be increased. Key and flattened corners allow installation inside the ejector plates. The rectangular cross-section of the blocks prevents them from rotating. Each part has a bumper stop so that they go back as soon as the multi-stroke accelerator is returned to its normal position.

Installation examples are available on the data sheet.

Advantages

  • Parts are lifted on one side at the end of the ejector stroke
  • low installation space
  • sticking to ejector can be excluded
  • when starting, all ejectors are effective
